1st Filming Date Confirmation + Call Sheet

I have just spoken to those in charge at my local pub and they have agreed to allow me access from 9 to 12 on Sunday the 11th of January. I know must prepare thoroughly for this shoot so I put myself in a good position for editing footage in mid-January. The first thing to do is show you my call sheet for the occasion, so that you know I have planned my time and know who can make it there to help me.
